MOIL India Limited, a Schedule ‘A’ Miniratna Category-I PSU under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, has released the official notification for the recruitment of Graduate Trainees (GET), Management Trainees (MT) and Manager (Survey).

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate Trainee (GET)

B.E / B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks.

Management Trainee (MT)

MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma (2 years) in relevant specialization with minimum 60% marks.

Manager (Survey)

Graduate with Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).
Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.

Age Limit (as on 20-01-2026)

GET / MT – 30 Years
Manager (Survey) – 35 Years
Age Relaxation: OBC – 3 yrs, SC/ST – 5 yrs, PwBD – up to 15 yrs

Salary & Allowances

Training Period: ₹40,000 – 1,40,000 (E-1 Grade)
After Training: ₹50,000 – 1,60,000 (E-2 Grade)
Other Benefits: DA, HRA, Medical, Leave, PRP, CPF, Gratuity, Superannuation etc.

Selection Process

Computer Based Online Test (90 Minutes – 85 Marks)
Personal Interview (15 Marks)
Document Verification & Medical Test
